The Patna High Court has declared the order issued by former DGP SK Singhal to forcibly retire an inspector as invalid. Inspector Avinash Chandra, posted in Meenapur, Muzaffarpur, was given compulsory retirement on allegations of not catching a suspect in a liquor case. He was suspended on November 26, 2020.
