Regional President of Kanpur-Bundelkhand, Prakash Pal, and co-coordinator of the Joining Committee, Anoop Awasthi, have managed to get the membership of the party for the MLA’s son and his supporters who left the Samajwadi Party. Those who gathered at the regional office were welcomed and honored by BJP leadership with garlands and bouquets. They hold considerable sway in local politics. Along with Deepak, many youths have joined the BJP.
