The Supreme Court has halted the Electoral Bond Scheme. On Thursday, while delivering the verdict, the court declared electoral bonds unconstitutional. Chief Justice Deepak Gupta stated that all judges hearing the case unanimously delivered their verdict. The court emphasized that there should be disclosure of information about corporate donors through electoral bonds.
