The Supreme Court criticized on Monday that despite setting a deadline for the recruitment of judicial officers, only nine out of twenty-five states have appointed civil judges within the stipulated time. The bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra said that the recruitment process should adhere to the time frame.
