“The long-awaited decision of the Supreme Court on Article 370, determining the future of Jammu and Kashmir, has finally been delivered today. The Constitution Bench of five judges of the Supreme Court heard arguments challenging the removal of Article 370 from the Constitution, stating that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India. The Court affirmed that the removal of Article 370 is constitutionally valid.”
