New Delhi: The Tamil Nadu government has suffered a major blow from the Supreme Court in the alleged illegal sand mining scam case. The court has given a green signal to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) action. The High Court has put a stop on the decision of the Madras High Court to restrain collectors from appearing in summons and directed the collectors to appear upon summons by the ED.
