The world-famous Braj Holi began today in Lord Shri Krishna’s Braj, starting from the Banke Bihari Temple, where devotees played Holi with colors of devotion. Basant Panchami is celebrated nationwide for Saraswati Puja. In Mathura, the renowned Braj Holi, lasting for 40 days, has commenced. Goswamis first applied colors to Lord’s cheeks, showering devotees with vibrant hues. The temple courtyard was filled with red, yellow, and green hues. Devotees joyously played Holi with their beloved Lord Banke Bihari, feeling blessed and immersed in His divine colors. They express gratitude, cherishing the opportunity to celebrate Holi with the Lord, marking the beginning of Braj’s 40-day Holi festivities.
