There has been a change in the timing of Delhi Metro services, and on Diwali day, the metro service will start at this particular time.

DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) has made changes to the operating hours of the metro on Diwali. On Diwali, which falls on November 12th, the metro will commence its services from all terminal stations, including the Airport Express Line, at 10 PM instead of 11 PM. Additionally, metro train services on all lines will begin at 6 AM, and on the Airport Express Line, services will commence at 4:45 AM.
