Cash For Query Scam Case: The Delhi High Court has once again denied relief to TMC leader Mahua Moitra. Moitra had requested the court to restrain allegations against her for allegedly accepting a bribe from businessman Darshan Hiranandani to ask questions in Parliament. The court dismissed her plea. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey had leveled serious allegations against her.
