Today, the Supreme Court heard Sharad Pawar’s petition against the Election Commission’s refusal to recognize the Ajit Pawar faction as the real NCP. In this petition, the Supreme Court has sought a response from the faction led by Ajit Pawar. Both factions claim to be the real NCP.
