Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, called on Guterres to resign immediately. Erdan said that the understanding that the Secretary-General of the United Nations has shown regarding the mass murder of children, women and the elderly is not suitable for leading the United Nations. I demand his immediate resignation. There is no point in talking to people who express sympathy for the most horrific atrocities against Israel and the Jewish people. I have no words.
