Injured Rafael Nadal has failed to recover in time for next week’s Monte Carlo Masters and will miss the tournament, the 36-year-old said on Tuesday. Nadal, who has previously won the Monte Carlo title 11 times, continues to recover from a hip issue that has now sidelined him for months.
