Bareilly : A shocking incident has occurred in Bareilly’s Seebganj area. Two miscreants threw a female student, who was returning home from coaching and protesting against harassment, in front of a train. As a result, she lost one hand and both legs, and sustained multiple fractures. The student’s condition in the hospital is a cause for concern.
