Arun Kumar Tiwari of Sector-134 Classic JP Wishtown filed an FIR stating that on February 18, 2023, he was supposed to recharge his phone. For this, he contacted Google customer care number. He was deceived and persuaded to download the Aval Task Remote app. Subsequently, he obtained internet banking information and transferred Rs. 21 lakhs to various bank accounts via IMPS.
