Government withdraws rules regarding permission to open mini bar at home
The Uttarakhand government has withdrawn that part of its excise policy rules under which people were allowed to open private ‘mini bars’ at home. The Excise Commissioner said that Rules 11 and 13 of the rules related to issuing such licenses will be withdrawn till further orders.
