Weather Update: Delhi-NCR Braces for Intense Cold Wave and Dense Fog; Numerous Flights and Trains Cancelled, Rain Alert Issued in Several States Across the Country.

In several parts of North India, a severe cold wave has gripped the region. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a likelihood of dense to very dense fog persisting in Northern India over the next 4-5 days. The dense fog is causing travel-related disruptions, with delays in the operation of 30 trains arriving from various parts of the country to Delhi. Flight schedules are also affected due to the current weather conditions.
