Hollywood star Kevin Spacey was on Wednesday acquitted of nine allegations of sexual assault by a London court. Spacey was on trial between 2001 and 2013 on nine sex allegations involving four men, in which a jury found him not guilty.
Actor Spacey turned 64 on Wednesday. He denied the charges against him and wept when the verdict was announced. Outside Southwark Crown Court, he made a brief statement thanking the jury for its not guilty verdict.
