Singapore, Aug 18 A judgment has been secured in favor of an Indian national in Singapore on his claim of over USD 73,000 from his employer company in the country. The person had fractured his leg while alighting from the vehicle he was traveling in.
It is alleged that the company failed to provide a safe system for alighting Ramalingam Murugan and other workers from the vehicle that transported them to their workplace.
