Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has faced a setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has refused to hear the plea to stop the defamation case by Gujarat University. Earlier, Kejriwal had requested a stay on the defamation case from the High Court, but the case was dismissed by the court. He had then approached the Supreme Court against the High Court’s decision.
