JAIPUR: Late on Thursday night, the Department of Personnel transferred seven IAS officers, including a District Collector. Three of these officers have also been assigned additional responsibilities. As per the orders, the Commissioner of Nagar Nigam Jaipur Greater, Mahendra Soni, has been appointed as the Additional Director General of Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM-RIPA). Meanwhile, the Excise Department’s Commissioner Kumar Pal Gautam has been transferred and appointed as the Commissioner of Rajasthan Housing Board.
Shahpura’s Collector, Manju, has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Energy Department. Additionally, the CEO of Rajasthan Heritage Corporation, Tikam Chand Bohra, will now be the new District Collector of Shahpura. Apart from this, three IAS officers – Sudhir Kumar Sharma, Kumar Pal Gautam, and Tarachand Meena – have also been given additional responsibilities along with their current postings as per the orders issued by the Department of Personnel.
