He was born on September 18, 1883 in Amritsar, Punjab, to the famous civil surgeon Dr. Ditta Mal. Being from a modern and educated family, the father was in the list of British loyalists, while the mother was a very religious and cultured woman.Madan Lal Dhingra: In the first decade of the 20th century, when the cycle of oppression of the British rule was continuing with complete autocracy on the Indian people, the people were being badly trampled and crushed. Then in 1909, Madan Lal Dhingra was a brave warrior who created a stir in the whole world by publicly shooting a British spy in London. The martyrdom of this brave man, who was born in a prosperous family and kissed the noose for the freedom of the country at the age of just 22, gave impetus to the freedom struggle in the country.
