Ahlem Friga-Noy, the nominee director representing ‘TotalEnergies’ on the board of directors of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has resigned.
Adani Green Energy said in a filing to the stock exchange that TotalEnergies has named a new director in place of Ahlem Friga-Noy.
