Basti: Red-Faced Inspector as Abir and Gulal Fell, Used Obscenities with Women; Villagers Express Outrage Outside the Police Station.

In Lahilwara village of the Captainganj police station area in Basti, during the procession of Pratima Visarjan on Tuesday evening, Sub-Inspector Abir Gulal turned red with anger when Abir and Gulal fell while on duty. He started using foul language towards women in the crowded procession.
