
Ballabhbhai Patel, also known as Sardar Patel, was a prominent figure in the Indian independence movement and a key architect of the country’s post-independence political landscape. Born on October 31, 1875, in Nadiad, a small town in Gujarat, he came from a humble background and grew up with a strong sense of duty and responsibility.As a young man, Sardar Patel pursued law in England, returning to India as a barrister. His legal acumen and dedication to social issues quickly made him a respected figure in Indian society. However, his life took a significant turn when he met Mahatma Gandhi in 1917.
