US President Joe Biden and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping discussed high-level military communications, anti-narcotics cooperation and artificial intelligence during a four-hour meeting to establish working relations after a period of tense relations. It has been agreed to resume the discussion on Medha.
The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in San Francisco.
