Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony at Yogiraj Baba Gambhirnath Auditorium on Friday at 4 pm. In the ceremony itself, the process of e-lottery of plots and flats will be conducted among the beneficiaries of Khorabar Township and Medicity Scheme of Gorakhpur Development Authority in front of the Chief Minister.
