BCCI files insolvency petition against Byju’s in NCLT The country’s leading edtech company Byju’s is once again in trouble. The new matter is related to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). BCCI has filed insolvency petition against Byju’s in NCLT. BCCI has filed this case in NCLT Bengaluru on 8 September.
