Former Advocate General of Jharkhand, Ajit Kumar, stated that the ruling JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) has created a situation that necessitated the Governor to seek legal advice for making a decision in this matter. Due to this, there was a delay in issuing the invitation for the formation of a new government. He mentioned that a meeting of the legislative party was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Hemant Soren while the Governor sought legal opinions on the matter.
