Sandeshkhali Case: Close aide of Shahjahan Sheikh and TMC leader Ajit Maity arrested, action taken in land grabbing and extortion case.

Kolkata: TMC leader Ajit Maity was arrested today in connection with the case of atrocities against women in Sandeshkhali village, North 24 Parganas. He was taken into custody on Sunday. Prior to this, the police had arrested ISF leader Ayesha Bibi on Sunday.
