Noida Flat Buyers News: In the upcoming board meeting of the Yamuna Authority scheduled for March 12th, a proposal will be presented. This proposal from the authority is set to benefit around three thousand flat buyers at present. Under this proposal, flat buyers will be able to directly pay the additional compensation amount and lease rent to the authority and get their registry done. They will also receive benefits such as interest on outstanding amounts and exemption from penalties.
