The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted a raid at the residence of TMC minister Chandranath Sinha in Bolpur, West Bengal. The central investigative agency reached his house early Friday morning. Meanwhile, central forces remained deployed at Chandranath’s residence. Chandranath, a legislator from Bolpur, is also the Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the state. According to ED sources, Chandranath’s name surfaced during the investigation of a primary recruitment corruption case in the state.
