Just a few days before the voting for the Lok Sabha elections, a political reshuffle among leaders has begun. In this sequence, the Mayor of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Vijaya Lakshmi, joined the Congress on Saturday. Vijaya Lakshmi joined the Congress in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and party in-charge for Telangana, Deepa Das Munshi. The inclusion of Vijaya Lakshmi in the Congress is expected to strengthen the party.
