In a recent development, former Congress MLAs Neeraj Basoya and Naseeb Singh have resigned from the party. They cited the reason for their resignation as the Congress’s alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party in the Lok Sabha elections. Prior to this, Arvinder Singh Lovely had resigned from the post of Delhi Congress President.
