“Almora: The Regional Employment Office, which provides employment to the unemployed, is grappling with a shortage of staff. The office has only four employees against 17 sanctioned positions. The situation is such that even the deployment of a district employment officer is pending. Consequently, various activities, including employment registration and job fairs, are being affected due to the shortage of personnel.”
