The Himachal Government’s scheme provides financial assistance to educate daughters. Upon a daughter’s birth, the Himachal Pradesh government will offer a ₹10,000 scholarship deposited in a post office or her bank account. Additionally, the state will offer economic support ranging from ₹300 to ₹12,000 for purchasing books and uniforms for girls from the first grade up to the twelfth grade.
