New Delhi: Two days before the power test in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, approximately 12 legislators from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) are out of Laloo Prasad’s radar. Their whereabouts are being investigated. They are being called on the phone. Efforts are being made to find out where they are and why they are avoiding constant contact by sending ‘special envoys’ to their associates whose whereabouts are unknown.
