The Congress on Tuesday constituted an election campaign committee for its state unit in view of the assembly elections proposed in Madhya Pradesh later this year, which will be headed by senior party leader Kantilal Bhuria.
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approved the formation of the election campaign committee for the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee, according to a release issued by the party’s organization general secretary KC Venugopal.
