Congress has entered active mode in preparation for the Lok Sabha elections. The party held a meeting on the distribution of seats in three states: Bihar, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh. An agreement on seat sharing is expected by December 31, as per the India scheme.”
