CRISIL stated in its report that due to their increasing share in international travel, Indian airline companies’ commercial position will strengthen, which is more profitable than the domestic sector. According to CRISIL, India’s international passenger traffic increased to nearly seven crore in the financial year 2023-24. This has surpassed pre-global pandemic levels.
