Due to the increase in the water level of Yamuna in Delhi, the heartbeat of the people has also started increasing. For the third time on Friday, the water level of Yamuna reached above the danger mark. The water level of Yamuna has crossed 205.38 meters for the third time at around 6 pm on Friday evening, due to which the concern of the people living near Yamuna has increased.

Water has been removed from the submerged Rajghat complex for almost a week only on Friday. There is a danger of water filling again in this deep place located close to Yamuna when the water rises.
On July 10, the Yamuna crossed the danger mark of 205.33 meters and on July 13, the Yamuna left its water level below its record level of 207.49 meters during the 1978 floods in Delhi. Its maximum water level then reached 208.66 meters at the Old Railway Bridge. Six days later, at 5 am on July 19, the Yamuna’s water level again came below the danger mark at 205.22 metres. But from six o’clock its water level started rising again.
Yamuna crossed the danger mark at seven in the morning. Its water level reached 205.79 meters by 5 in the evening. After this, after receding for the third time at 6 pm on Friday, the Yamuna water again crossed the danger mark. It is being told by the administration that due to continuous heavy rains in the hilly areas, the water level of Yamuna is rising again.
