Government serving the people with the spirit of ‘Nar Seva-Narayan Seva’: Chief Minister

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath heard people’s grievances during ‘Janta Darshan’ on Monday morning and issued necessary instructions to officials for their resolution. The Chief Minister said, “The government is serving the people with the spirit of ‘Nar Seva-Narayan Seva’. Accordingly, officials should resolve everyone’s problems and fulfil the government’s commitment to public welfare and bringing happiness to citizens’ lives. In line with this commitment, the resolution of grievances must be ensured by treating every distressed person with sensitivity.”

During ‘Janta Darshan’, the Chief Minister personally approached the people seated on chairs and listened to their grievances one by one. While forwarding their applications to the concerned officials and directing them to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution, he assured the people that the government is committed to resolving the problems of every distressed person.

The Chief Minister directed officials that those illegally occupying land and dispossessing vulnerable people must not be spared under any circumstances. Strict legal action must be taken against them. If a dispute relating to land or property is familial in nature, efforts should be made to resolve it through mutual dialogue by bringing the concerned parties together.

Directing officials to resolve matters related to revenue and the police with complete transparency and impartiality, the Chief Minister said, “No one should face injustice. Every distressed person must be helped with sensitivity. Those who, for any reason, have been deprived of the benefits of government schemes should be provided with those benefits.”

During Janta Darshan, the Chief Minister spoke affectionately with a child who had accompanied his mother, prompting the little one to smile. When the Chief Minister gave him a chocolate, the child burst into laughter and immediately accepted it. Everyone present was delighted to hear the extremely affectionate conversation between the Chief Minister and the child.
