IMD: Heavy rains in Maharashtra and Gujarat, waterlogged in Rasayani police station; NDRF teams deployed in these districts

It is raining continuously in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Due to the heavy rains, the life of the people has become difficult. Water has filled up everywhere. Meanwhile, a video has surfaced from Rasayani Police Station in Raigad, Mumbai. Actually, due to heavy rains there was water logging here. At the same time, in view of heavy rains in many districts of Gujarat, one team of NDRF has been deployed.

The Rasayani police station here is waterlogged. At the same time, District Collector Yogesh Mhase has declared a holiday for all schools and colleges today in view of the heavy rains.

NDRF deployed in Maharashtra
Officials of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) said that in view of the heavy rain today, one NDRF team has been deployed in Palghar and Raigad (Mahad).

Badlapur-Ambernath railway track closed
Due to the rains, there was a lot of water-logging in some parts of the city. Because of this, the Railways decided to close the Badlapur-Ambernath railway track. Central Railway CPRO said that the track has been closed due to heavy rains.

On the other hand, first Biparjoy and now heavy rains have created havoc in Gujarat. In view of the heavy rains, one team each of NDRF has been deployed in Gir Somnath, Kutch, Navsari, Valsad, Amreli and Rajkot.
