In the Sandeshkhali land-grabbing case in West Bengal, the main accused and suspended Trinamool Congress leader Shahjahan Sheikh, along with his associates, have benefited several ministers of the state by capturing certain lands. The ED lawyer Arijit Chakravarti informed the court that Shahjahan and his associates forcibly occupied lands in and around Sandeshkhali, and that benefited two to three ministers of the state as well.
