Indian IT Hubs: The report states that talent costs are about 25%-30% lower in tier-2 cities compared to mature IT hubs. There is also a savings of 50% in real estate rentals in new cities compared to mature hubs. With cost savings, these emerging Tier 2 cities are well placed to contribute to India’s growth as a global digital talent hub.
