In the last week itself, where the no-confidence motion of the opposition is to be discussed in the Lok Sabha, there is a challenge before the government in the Rajya Sabha to get the Delhi Services Bill passed
Only five working days are left in the monsoon session. The challenge before the government is not only to get the Delhi Services Bill passed in the Upper House, but there are about a dozen bills which have either been passed or have been introduced in the Lok Sabha. In these, there are about ten bills like Indian Institute of Management, Inter Service Organization Command, Control, Discipline along with the Data Protection Bill, which are waiting to be passed in the Upper House after being passed in the Lok Sabha.
