Pappu Yadav’s Jan Adhikar Party has merged with the Congress. The party president, Pappu Yadav, made the announcement. He held a press conference with the Congress in Delhi. Prior to this, Pappu Yadav had met with RJD supremo Lalu Yadav and party leader Tejashwi Yadav at the residence of former Chief Minister of Bihar, Rabri Devi, late on Tuesday.
