Patna: After a lunch break in the Legislative Council, Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav gave a stern warning to the opposition on Tuesday. Responding to department-wise debates on the budget for the financial year 2024-25, he addressed the budgets of seven departments on behalf of the government. He strongly criticized the repeated use of the term “palatan” and “sahab” by RJD legislator Sunil Singh targeting Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Additionally, attention was drawn to prevent unwarranted disruptions by opposition members by the Speaker, Devesh Chandra Thakur.
