Tata Sons Chairman Visits Guru Gorakhnath Temple with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

News Street Live, Gorakhpur: Chairman of Tata Sons, N. Chandrasekaran, on Wednesday visited the Gorakhnath Temple along with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and offered prayers to the revered yogi, Guru Gorakhnath, considered an incarnation of Lord Shiva.

Welcoming him at the temple, Gorakshpeethadheeshwar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath facilitated the rituals and later took N. Chandrasekaran on a tour of the temple complex, providing detailed insights into the Nath tradition and its revered saints.

The Chairman of Tata Sons had arrived in Gorakhpur to attend the inauguration ceremony of Eastern Uttar Pradesh’s first Centre of Excellence established at the Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology. On Wednesday afternoon, he visited the Gorakhnath Temple with the Chief Minister and offered prayers to Guru Gorakhnath with full Vedic rituals and chanting.

In the presence of the Chief Minister, the temple’s head priest, Yogi Kamalnath, presented him with a Shiv-Goraksha inscribed ceremonial stole and temple prasad.

After offering prayers, N. Chandrasekaran toured the temple complex with the Chief Minister.

During the visit, Yogi Adityanath, in his capacity as Gorakshpeethadheeshwar, elaborated on the history, expansion, and philosophy of the Nath sect, the life and teachings of Guru Gorakhnath, and its great saints.

Following the visit, N. Chandrasekaran also attended a lunch hosted by the Gorakshpeeth.
