India has requested Nepal to prevent Khalistani preacher and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh from fleeing the country using Indian or some other fake passport,a report in The Kathmandu Post has said. This as a new picture of fugitive Khalistani radical emerged online. Amritpal is on the run since over last one week and a massive manhunt is underway in multiple states to arrest him.
