Opener Ishan Kishan struck a half-century after Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja’s spin spell helped India beat West Indies by five wickets in the first ODI here on Thursday to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
Left-arm chinaman spinner Kuldeep took four for just six while left-arm spinner Jadeja took three for 37 as West Indies were bundled out for 114 in just 23 overs. Shardul Thakur (1/14), Hardik Pandya (1/17) and Mukesh Kumar (1/22) also took one wicket each.
